If you need help when we are closed
There are now appointments with GPs and nurses available to book outside of the standard GP practice opening hours. Ask at reception for availability.

- Uxbridge Health Centre Hub, George Street Uxbridge Middx. Weekdays 6.30pm to 8pm. Saturday 9:00am-5pm. Sunday 9-1pm.

The Acorn Medical Centre is largely situated on the ground floor, which has facilities throughout for our disabled patients including toilet facilities.
How to make a complaint
We always try to give the best service possible, but there may be times when you feel this has not happened. We operate an informal ‘in-house’ complaints procedure. If you are dissatisfied with any advice or services received, please telephone or write to the practice manager so that any complaint can be quickly resolved or you can make a formal complaint to NHS England. This procedure does not affect your right to make a formal complaint to the Independent Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman if you are dissatisfied with the response you receive.
